HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
WHAT DO YOU ALL RECEIVE:

Dumbbells
The rest of the equipment is not needed, but is highly recommended (as the workouts are designed with all of the equipment listed, however, all movements can be modified to DBs only)
x1 kettlebell (25-35lb)
Skipping Rope
A pull-up bar (like this)
A bench (preferably one that can incline)Bands (like this)
TRX band (like this)
Stability Ball (like this)
WHAT FITNESS LEVEL IS THIS SUITED FOR:
The program is designed for an intermediate level. All movements can be modified however to suit you. (Modifications will be noted within the design or you can message me and I will help provide an alternative).
PRICING DETAILS:
This 12 week design is $80.00 CAD + gst/month. (x3 monthly payments @ $80.00 CAD + gst)
CANCELLATION POLICY / IMPORTANT NOTES:
The 12 week contract starts at the time of purchase and lasts for 12 weeks (with 3 billing cycles).
You may cancel the 12 week contract and receive a refund within the first 7 days of purchase.
After the 7 days have passed, there is a NO REFUND and NO CONTRACT CANCELLATION policy.
The training design will be available to you for 12 weeks starting from the date of purchase . The program cannot be extended past the 12 weeks due to any pauses throughout the program.
You will have access to the Revival app and your workouts throughout the time your contract is active. Once your contract is complete, your account on the Revival app will close (unless your contract is renewed).
PHYSICAL CLEARANCE:
Prior to commencing the training design, you must fill out the following physical clearance form confirming you are eligible to partake in a training routine.
