HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS
- This program is a 12 week training design built as a 4 day split (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.) Each session ranges between 60-90 mins and is designed with the goal of body composition (increase in muscle mass, decrease in body fat), while focusing on building proper movement mechanics of foundational movements. Learning proper movement execution minimizes the risk of injury, increases your ability to achieve results, and sets you up with a strong foundation for on going training.
- Each week is progressed with an increase in reps, weight, or sets. This is what is called progressive overload. An increase in workload is what is required for changes in body composition (increase in muscle mass/decrease in body fat).
- You are able to input your reps and weight in each workout, so you can use this information throughout the weeks with the prescribed progressions.
- I have specified which movements to video and submit to me, so I can review and provide feedback. You may also video any additional movements for feedback, as well as message me at any point with questions, need for modifications, etc. I am here to help you learn as much as you can throughout these 12 weeks! The purpose of this beginner training design is to have you feel confident in the gym and while performing exercises.
WHAT DO YOU ALL RECEIVE:
- The 12 week training design via the Revival app (which includes instructions and videos of each movement).
- Access to a recipe library.
- A logging platform within the Revival app that is able to sync the recipes within the app.
- Ability to message me at any point, submit videos for feedback on your form, inquire on how to modify or advance an exercise, etc. (I will be reviewing videos and messages twice per week).

The program is designed for beginners, however can be progressed to match your fitness level.

This 12 week design is $110.00 CAD + gst/month.(x3 monthly payments @ $110.00 CAD + gst)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel the 12 week contract and receive your money back within the first 7 days of purchase. After the 7 days has passed, there is a no refund policy.
PHYSICAL CLEARANCE:
Prior to commencing the training design, you must fill out the following physical clearance form confirming you are eligible to partake in a training routine.
